I absolutely love Fruit Cove. I used to live in Fleming Island and moved here to have access to a higher rated school system. I love it. Absolutely love it. We are definitely a growing area, but we still have that rural charm. We are on the St. Johns River ... and that is absolutely lovely. I love it when I have out-of-town customers considering a home purchase, and get to show them our lovely part of Florida. Most of the people in this area are warm and friendly, and make you feel at home quickly.
